Refund policy

I do hope you will love your product from me. However if you need to return an item it may be returned at your own cost within 14 days of receipt of delivery. It must be unused and in the exact same condition and packaging it was sent out. To return an item you must email me first to request a refund and for the returns address. To start a return, you can contact me at tranquil.weaves@gmail.com. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase when emailing me a return request.

I recommend a trackable postal service for any returns as I cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
